RISK ASSESSMENT: HIGH
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be at least 19 years of age 
- Have previous experience working in a kitchen that serves large groups of people, preferably in a camp setting. 
- Must be highly organized and flexible to changes in menu. 
- Have BC Food Safe Certification 
DUTIES:
- Before Camp, help plan the menu and create shopping lists. 
- Ensure that nutritious meals are provided on time, in consultation with Program Director. 
- Ensure that meals take into account any dietary needs or allergies of campers or staff. 
- Communicate any changes in menu to Program Director. 
- Supervise Cook’s Assistants 
- Maintain a clean workplace and follow cleaning schedule as outlined in the Camp Grafton Policy Manual. 
- Model enthusiastic, mature leadership to campers and volunteers. 
- Be sensitive to and strive toward fulfilling the Mission of Camp Grafton. 
Wage: $136/day
